RHINE & MOSELLE 5/7 DAYS

The Rhine and Moselle Valleys is one of Germany’s
most famous regions.
The majestic Rhine with its bustling river atmosphere,
fairytale castles, terraced vineyards and picturesque
villages with numerous riverside cafes make it a
wonderful touring destination.
YOUR HOTEL: 3* Lindenwirt Hotel,
Rudesheim
Centrally located family run hotel with restaurant, bar,
lift and inner courtyard with seating area. All rooms
are en suite with TV and hairdryer.
YOUR ITINERARY:
Day 1. Travel to Calais for your ferry crossing and
overnight stay at Ostend.
Day 2. Depart after breakfast for our journey in to
Germany and our hotel in Rudesheim.
Day 3. We follow the Rhine valley past the Lorely to
Boppard, where we will have free time before
returning to St Goar to view the world famous cuckoo
clock.
Jersey is the largest of the Channel Islands. Jersey is a
beautiful island with some of the best beaches in
Europe, has plenty of fascinating places to visit and
an excellent place for shopping with no VAT.
YOUR HOTEL: 3* Mayfair Hotel, St Helier
This conveniently located hotel for the shops, parks
and beach. The hotel boasts a restaurant, bar,
lounge, coffee shop, sun terrace, indoor swimming
pool complex and lift. All rooms are en suite with TV,
telephone, tea/coffee making facilities and
hairdryers.
YOUR ITINERARY:
Day 1. Transfer to Cardiff Airport for your flight out
to Jersey. On arrival you will be met by your transfer
coach and taken to your hotel.
Day 2-5 At leisure in Jersey. One full day Island tour
has been included.
Day 6. Transfer from the hotel to the airport for your
flight back to Cardiff. Our coach will meet you and
transport you home.

Day 4. Free day at Rudesheim, perhaps take a cable
car, tourist train or journey up to the Niederwald
Monument.
Day 5. Tour to the Moselle Valley and Cochem,
returning via Koblenz.

• 5 nights Half Board
• Return flights from Cardiff to Jersey
• Airport transfers with meet and greet service in Jersey
• Airport transfers to/from Cardiff
• One day Island tour

Day 6. Sadly it time to leave and return to Ostend for
our last overnight.
Day 7. Travel towards Calais for our ferry crossing
and our journey home.
Please note the 5 day tour travels direct to
Rudesheim via an Eurotunnel Crossing with early
departures.

through Modern Holidays in Jersey. This holiday is
protected under ATOL 0752 for whom we are acting
as agents, and bookings are subject to their booking

VALKENBURG – Three Countries Tour 5 DAYS
Highlights: Maastricht, Aachen, Vaals
The pretty town of Valkenburg is located in the south
eastern corner of Holland which makes it an ideal
base to cross over in to Germany and Belgium.
YOUR HOTEL: 3* Walram Hotel, Valkenburg
Centrally located hotel with restaurant, bar, lounge,
indoor pool and lift. All rooms with private facilities
and TV.
YOUR ITINERARY:
Day 1. Depart for our midday ferry crossing and
journey to Valkenburg.
Day 2. Today we travel to Maastricht for a morning
cruise from the harbour and visit to The
Apostelhoeve Winery. Free time in the afternoon.
Day 3. Free day at Valkenburg for you to explore.
Day 4. Today we have a guided Three Countries
Tour visiting Aachen, Vaals, the American Cemetary
at Margraten in Belgium and visit to Gulpener
Brewery.
Day 5. Depart for our ferry crossing to arrive home
late evening.
