Companies/organisations will be encouraged to pledge to sponsor the per<strong>for</strong>mance of their chosen<br />
artist (s). A company pledging on the most number of artists, will receive a special recognition during<br />
the show. There will be a special hour dedicated to the artists pledged on by the company, which will<br />
be dubbed “Company X Special Hour”. During this hour, the MC will exclusively promote that<br />
company. <strong>Luhambo</strong> will also avail an opportunity to a representative of that company to make a brief<br />
promotional presentation on the company/organisation and or its products.<br />
VIP HOSPITALITY TENT:<br />
The VIP Hospitality Tent will provide exposure to all of the festival VIP. Expose your brand to<br />
Swaziland’s top tastemakers, politicians, press, and festival per<strong>for</strong>mers.<br />
2 month promotional time frame<br />
• Royalty-free rights to marks/logos.<br />
• Product Sampling.<br />
• Footprint display at Woodruff Park (not exceed 10x10).<br />
• 1/4 page advertisement in program guide<br />
• Logo inclusion in all media buys.<br />
