under parts. The fur is relatively long<br />
and silky in appearance, compared to<br />
other Ohio bats. The ears and wing<br />
membranes are dark brown.<br />

Big brown bats are found in a variety<br />
of habitats, including fields, forest<br />
openings, urban and/or suburban<br />
areas, and around water.<br />
