Applications
The MULTICUT EXTRA range can be used
for processing all kinds of steel. This
product range have a high proportion of
additives and in many cases can be
substituted for the types previously
used containing chlorine. May also be
used for broaching, deep hole drilling
and thread cutting.
The MULTICUT EXTRA range is not
suitable for non-ferrous heavy metals.
Due to their low viscosity MULTICUT
EXTRA 5, EXTRA 10 and EXTRA 20 have
a high rinsing and cooling efficiency.
MULTICUT EXTRA 5 can be used as
viscosity stabilizer in case of dragging-in
of foreign oils.
High-performance cutting oil for working
all kinds of steel. The high degree
of additives means that this product is
excellently suitable for the most difficult
metal removing work. Can also be used
for deep hole drilling. An alternative
to products containing chlorine. Not
suitable for non-ferrous heavy metals.
Corresponds to the performance profile
of the MULTICUT EXTRA range, however,
MULTICUT HP 15 is formulated on the
base of an hydroformed hydrocrack
oil, is free from aromatics and has a
low oil mist and evaporation tendency
(HP oil).
