The MULTICUT STANDARD range is
suitable for easy to moderate machining
work on non-ferrous heavy metals and
light alloys as well as for conventional
free-cutting mild steels. Also usable for
simple grinding operations.
The MULTICUT STANDARD 3,
STANDARD 10 and STANDARD
20 possess a high rinsing and cooling
efficiency due to their low viscosity.
MULTICUT STANDARD 30 and
STANDARD 40 may also be used for
machining building steels up to approx.
500 N/mm2 tensile strength.
A low viscosity cutting oil for easy to
medium metal removing operations on
non-ferrous heavy metals and light
alloys as well as steels: As MULTICUT
STANDARD 10, but formulated on the
base of an hydroformed hydrocrack
oil, free from aromatics and with a
very low oil mist and evaporation
tendency (HP oil).
MULTICUT SPEZIAL 4 is mainly used
for rough machining of aluminium
and non-ferrous heavy metals e.g.
for turning, milling and thread cutting.
Cutting oils for universal use for
medium to high requirements in
machining processes.

Applications
The MULTICUT EXTRA range can be used
for processing all kinds of steel. This
product range have a high proportion of
additives and in many cases can be
substituted for the types previously
used containing chlorine. May also be
used for broaching, deep hole drilling
and thread cutting.
The MULTICUT EXTRA range is not
suitable for non-ferrous heavy metals.
Due to their low viscosity MULTICUT
EXTRA 5, EXTRA 10 and EXTRA 20 have
a high rinsing and cooling efficiency.
MULTICUT EXTRA 5 can be used as
viscosity stabilizer in case of dragging-in
of foreign oils.
High-performance cutting oil for working
all kinds of steel. The high degree
of additives means that this product is
excellently suitable for the most difficult
metal removing work. Can also be used
for deep hole drilling. An alternative
to products containing chlorine. Not
suitable for non-ferrous heavy metals.
Corresponds to the performance profile
of the MULTICUT EXTRA range, however,
MULTICUT HP 15 is formulated on the
base of an hydroformed hydrocrack
oil, is free from aromatics and has a
low oil mist and evaporation tendency
(HP oil).

The products in our MULTICUT BASIC
range can be used for easy to moderately
complicated machining tasks on
steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals.
They fulfil the requirements for hydraulic
oils HLP according to DIN 51 524 part 2
and due to their CLP-Legierung are
suitable for use as gear oils according
to DIN 51 517 part 3.
Furthermore, MULTICUT BASIC 68
fulfils the requirements according to
DIN 51502 CGLP for guideway- and
glideway oils.
The products in our multifunctional
basic system are suitable both for
machining and for machine lubrication.
Using highly refined basic oil with
specially chosen additives means that
the MULTICUT BASIC range achieves
maximum compatibility. Any mixing –
and this is unavoidable when using in
machine tools due to leakage – does not
adversely affect the manufacturing
process. If, however, the machine design
requires different viscosities, we recommend
monitoring the viscosity of the
machining oil.
Using the products of our MULTICUT
BASIC range cuts down on the types
of oils you have to stock.
Zinc free, chemically activated cooling
lubricants for general machining tasks.
This product range can also be
delivered containing zinc.

Due to their low viscosity MULTICUT
UNIVERSAL 10 and UNIVERSAL 20 have a
high rinsing and cooling effect.
MULTICUT SUPER 20, SUPER 30 and SUPER
40 are proven cutting oils for a wide range
of applications. These products are especially
suitable for turning and milling. Especially
on multi spindle machines MULTICUT
SUPER has led to excellent results.
MULTICUT SUPER 40 may also be used for
thread rolling.
The MULTICUT ULTRA range is suitable for
all heavy machining operations. Especially
when high-alloyed cutting oils and compatibility
to non-ferrous heavy metal are
needed at the same time. It can be used for
machining of all kinds of steels such as
free-cutting mild steels, case hardened and
tempered steels, stainless and acid resistant
steels, aluminium and non-ferrous heavy
metals. MULTICUT ULTRA is ideal for all
machining operations e.g. turning, milling,
thread cutting and deep hole drilling.
Practical experiences have shown that
MULTICUT ULTRA is also especially suitable
for processing of titanium alloys.
MULTICUT EXTRA 17 is also used in
applications where the machining processes
require oils proportionately high in additives
and where they also have to be compatible
to non-ferrous heavy metal. Examples of
uses for this product: milling, broaching,
deep hole drilling and thread working.

High alloy cooling lubricant for machining
all types of steel, also for stainless and
acid resistant chrome-nickel steels.
MULTICUT A 755 is a tried-and-tested
cutting oil and can be used universally
for high requirements. It is used for
turning, milling, thread moulding,
broaching and thread cutting amongst
other applications.
High alloy cutting and thread processing
oil for all types of steel, even
for materials difficult to machine. Used
for machining, mainly for difficult
machining processes such as gear
shaping, hobbing gears and thread
working (thread moulding and cutting).
This red dyed lubricant is an appropriate
substitute for chlorine containing types.
It can be applied by rolling, brushing,
immersion or spraying.
Metal working oils on the basis of
a compounded mineral oil and
colloid sulphur. Recommended for
thread working. Application with
a brush straight from the container.
It is not suitable for oil circulation.
Stir before use.
Chlorine-free thread cutting paste for
all kinds of thread work. The product
is excellently suitable for example for
internal and external thread cutting,
thread moulding and thread forming.
For processing all kinds of steels,
especially hard and tough materials
that are difficult to machine.
DIVINOL thread cutting paste is also
available with chlorine.

MULTICUT ALK 1, ALK 2 and ALK 2 EP
are products on the basis of synthetic
hydrocarbon mixtures with additives.
The products evaporate leaving nearly
no residue. The products are used for
sawing,milling, punching and trimming
aluminium. Furthermore, they are
suitable for punching steel sheets up
to approx. 1 mm thick.
The MULTICUT ALK range is fully
synthetic. The products leave nearly no
residue after thermal treatment upwards
of >300°C. In this manner machining
procedures such as welding which follow
are not affected.
MULTICUT ALK 20, ALK 30, ALK 45 and
ALK 80 are used mainly for machining
aluminium, e.g. sawing all kinds of
aluminium profiles with band and
circular saws, whereby the kinds with
higher viscosity are used for larger
profiles. Furthermore, MULTICUT ALK 45
is used for general machining of aluminium
engine blocks as well as for
bending steel tubes. The product fulfils
the requirements of DBL 6768.25 from
Daimler AG.
Low-viscosity metal working oil
with mineral oil base mainly for
aluminium. Suitable for easy to
medium metal removing work and
for punching. Creation of aluminium
fines is significantly reduced and
deformation and welding beads on
tools are minimised.

extreme pressure active ingredients.
This type is used for machining steel as
well as aluminium. Excellent results for
example are attained when deep drilling
aluminium. The product is used for
metal removal as well as noncutting
machining procedures are carried out.
MULTICUT MICRO SP 51 fulfils the
requirements of the DBL BQF 6768.15
from DaimlerChrysler AG.
MULTICUT MICRO 110 is a full synthetic
oil developed for demanding requirements
and in use with micro spraying
systems. Alloyed with extreme pressure
additives it is optimised for machining
of steels and aluminium. Special
components provide an optimal drop
size distribution.
MULTICUT MICRO R 40 is an alloyed
product on native basis for demanding
requirements. Due to its alloy layer this
product is used for aluminium and steel
processing, e.g. when sawing steel
tubes or for thread rolling in steel.
Fully synthetic products used mainly
for aluminium working, e.g. sawing
and milling of aluminium profiles or
aluminium cylinder heads in the
automotive industry.
MULTICUT MICRO 15 is also used for
lubrication and working of glass
materials as well as for lubricating micro
measuring equipment. Even at high temperatures
the product does not resinify.
MULTICUT MICRO 20 is also used in
steel processing. The product evaporates
at temperatures above 190 °C.

tendency (HP oil).
Additives: moderate. Recommended for
CBN and diamond grinding discs,
in some circumstances for silicon and
corundum grinding disc. Grinding processes
such as plane grinding, profile
grinding or circular grinding present
absolutely no problem.
MULTICUT 9229/1 is mainly used
for profile or thread grinding when
machining all qualities of steel as
well as non-ferrous heavy metals.
Metalworking oil with low viscosity
applicable for grinding steels, castirons
and aluminium. MULTICUT
STANDARD FP 4 is mainly used for
e.g. internal or external, for cylindrical
or surface grinding operations.
Appropriate concentrates are available for later addition of additives to our grinding oils.

MULTICUT GRIND HM 4 and GRIND HM 8 are spezial hard metal
grinding oils inhibited against dissolving out of cobalt. Formulated on
base of an hydroformed hydrocrack oil it is free of aromatics and
posseses a very low oil mist and evaporation tendency.
We recommend use of MULTICUT HM KONZENTRAT for refreshing the
cobalt inhibition.

Applications
Mainly used for grinding and honing processes in machining of ceramics, e.g.
aluminium oxide, aluminium nitride and silicon carbide.
Alloyed honing oil, specially for machining castings.
For honing tough, hard steels, nickel alloys etc. and for achieving
particularly high surface quality, mainly used for super finishing.
For honing toughened and nitrided steels as well as hard chrome plated
components using corundum - or diamond stones for example. The product
is also suitable for machining aluminium and aluminium alloys as well as nonferrous
metals.
Honing oil for short and long stroke honing of tough, hard workpieces and
non-ferrous metals with high machining performance. Examples of uses:
honing and grinding of high alloy tool steel as well as the finishing of shafts,
cylinders or tooth profiles on toothed wheels, even when working with
ceramic tools. Honing of gun barrels.
EP-alloyed honing oils. Used in honing machines for which higher viscosity
oils are prescribed. Suitable for all kinds of steel and grey cast iron, not
suitable for non-ferrous heavy metals. Examples of uses: honing brake
cylinders, drilling holes in grey cast iron valve blocks as well as honing
toughened sinter steel.
Chlorine containing product with a high machining performance for achieving
the best quality surfaces and long honing stone lifetimes. May be used for all
qualities of steel as well as for non-ferrous heavy metals.

approx. 2 mm. These are fully synthetic punching and drawing oils, which evaporate rapidly
after the machining process and leave a dry or thin lubricated film depending upon the type.
