Airport/Union Station<br />
Shuttle Service<br />
Transportation Services <strong>of</strong>fers a “reservation<br />
required” shuttle that will take faculty, staff,<br />
students, and student’s immediate family members<br />
to Bradley International Airport in Windsor<br />
Locks, CT; Union Station in Hartford, CT; and the<br />
New London Ferry, in New London, CT.<br />
Both the Bradley Airport Shuttle and the Union<br />
Station shuttle operate throughout the year.<br />
Reservations for these services should be made<br />
at least ONE WEEK in advance, unless it is an<br />
emergency. Short-notice emergency requests can<br />
<strong>of</strong>ten be accommodated, but it is important to try to<br />
avoid such requests. Since the New London Ferry<br />
Shuttle runs in the opposite direction, reservations<br />
should be made at least TWO WEEKS in advance.<br />
All pick-ups and drop-<strong>of</strong>fs take place on the Storrs<br />
Campus (including the Nathan Hale Inn) or at an<br />
apartment complex they currently service with<br />
our bus and AVS services. The service will not<br />
pick-up or drop-<strong>of</strong>f at individual homes or other<br />
motels/hotels <strong>of</strong>f-campus.<br />
• Cost is $50 one-way<br />
• $100 round-trip, per person.<br />
• Payment must be made prior to the services<br />
being rendered.<br />
• Payments must be hand-carried or mailed to<br />
Transportation Services and must be in the<br />
form <strong>of</strong> either cash or check. Please do not<br />
mail cash. Credit cards are not accepted as<br />
forms <strong>of</strong> payment.<br />
Scheduling <strong>of</strong> the Bradley Airport, Union Station,<br />
and New London Ferry shuttles should take<br />
place between the hours <strong>of</strong> 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.<br />

Off-Campus<br />
Student Services<br />
Off-Campus Student Services (OCSS) <strong>of</strong>fers<br />
resources and advocacy for UConn Students’ <strong>of</strong>fcampus<br />
living and/or commuter experience.<br />
The OCSS website, www.<strong>of</strong>fcampus.uconn.edu is<br />
a centralized source <strong>of</strong> information and resources<br />
for students who do not reside on-campus.<br />
