The Train Your Brain (TYB) programme aims to give know how and skills to keep<br />
ageing brains and healthy and buzzing! Sessions are held monthly on the 4th<br />
Saturday. Booking is required for each session and opens on the 1st of each month.<br />

This is the Malaysian version of Mahjong game. This version has 12 additional tiles<br />
which includes 4 jokers, 4 Fei tiles and 4 animal tiles. Hence, it enabled a faster pace,<br />
more creative and interesting. It is simple and easy to learn. It requires 4 players per<br />
game. We currently have 7 active members and will have room for 4-5 more new or<br />
experienced players.<br />

Glencare frail Aged Planned Activity Group:<br />
Memory Quilts Exhibition<br />
Tuesday 25 September, 10.30am - 12 noon, <strong>Community</strong> Hall<br />
700 Waverley Road, Glen Waverley<br />
Come and take a look at memory quilts with a twist. Glencare Clients have worked<br />
together with their art therapist Emma Finch making Memory Quilts using photos and<br />
art work calico.<br />
Glencare is a planned activity group for Frail older residents of Monash who<br />
experience social isolation and may require assistance to maintain independence<br />
within the community.<br />
