ANNEX 1 PORT TARIFFS F FEEDER TRANSHIPMENT DISCOUNT 20 PORT TARIFFS 2012 prices in euro’s Containers transhipped from Containerships in Deepsea Service to Containerships in Shortsea/Feeder Service or vice versa in transit to their final port, not being the Port of Rotterdam, are eligible for a single discount of € 1.50 per TEU. This discount is only granted to the Cliënt who paid port dues for the Containership in Shortsea/Feeder Service involved and can not exceed the total amount of net paid port dues for 2012 by him. The discount will be paid out retroactively and upon request in writing. The requestor needs to confirm in writing that Portbase will be allowed to provide to HbR NV all the relevant data in the Port Community System to validate the request. HbR NV uses the provided data only to validate the request. The rates exclude VAT. The different types of vessels are classified in the following categories. Depending on the applicable category either a raise or a discount on the basic tariff will be applied. Raises are used for the funding of the Stimulation Program for cleaner Inland Vessels and transferred by HbR NV to the Expertise- en InnovatieCentrum Binnenvaart (EICB). HbR NV automatically classifies every type of vessel into category 1.
