✔ Simple DIP switch frequency setting!
✔ Simple connection to your MP3 player, stereo, or computer!
✔ Built-in telescoping whip or external antenna operation
Designed to be the heart of a basic FM transmitting system makes the FM25B a solid performer and very economical to build and
operate. Just plug in the audio from your MP3 player, CD player, DVD, computer, tape deck, VCR or even a TV and broadcast it on any
frequency in the standard FM broadcast band. The sound quality and stereo separation of this little transmitter will keep the pickiest
audiophile happy. This unit has many uses! Broadcast your favorite music around your house and yard. Use it to play DJ for your
friends. Farmers, broadcast to your tractors in the fields. Used in conjunction with our BS2 Digital Voice recorder makes the FM25B an
ideal event broadcaster. Broadcast school events to parents picking up their children from school. Broadcast important messages to a
small community. The applications for this kit are limited only by your imagination!
The FM25B brings stereo line level audio into the unit through a 3.5mm stereo phone jack. A loop out is provided at the input for
monitoring. The unit features a PIC microprocessor for easy frequency programming through board mounted DIP switches. The
transmit frequency is Phase Locked Loop (PLL) controlled for unparalleled stability making frequency drift a thing of the past, extremely critical for digital tuners. The RF output level
is adjustable from 5uW to 25 mW via a potentiometer. Use the built-in whip antenna or use an external antenna with the standard "F" external antenna connector on the rear panel.
Just plug it in and you're on the air. The unit requires 12 VDC @ 100mA to operate. Kit comes with: matching case set, whip antenna, 110VAC power adapter, and audio patch cable.
Case size 5"W x 1½"H x 5¼"D. (Note: The FM25B is a do-it-yourself learning kit that you assemble. Please remember that the end user is responsible for complying with all FCC
rules & regulations within the US, or any regulations of their respective governing body in regards to the application and use of the FM25B).
Learn The
Basics Of FM
Transmitters!
Here is a great entry-level kit that will teach the basics of FM Broadcast transmission while finding many uses around the home or
dorm room. The FM10C has plenty of power to cover your home, backyard, or city block. Our manual goes into great detail outlining
all the aspects of antennas, transmitting range and FCC rules and regulations.
KIT
You'll be amazed at the exceptional audio quality of the FM10C. Tunes through the entire 88-108MHz band in three separate ranges with
a tuned LC circuit. Re-broadcast your favorite music commercial-free with the dynamic range the musician intended, and without all that nasty
compression the big boys use to make their station sound louder than the competition. Runs on a standard 9V battery (not included), external
power from 5 to 20 VDC, or an optional 120 VAC adapter. Includes the matching case & knob set for a professional finished look. Case size 5”W x 1½”H
x 5¼”D. (Note: The FM10C is a do-it-yourself learning kit that you assemble. Please remember that the end user is responsible for complying with all FCC
Be As Stable
As A Rock!
Professional Synthesized AM Transmitter
✔ Fully synthesized, no frequency drift!
✔ Ideal for schools
✔ Microprocessor controlled!
✔ Strappable for higher power output where regulations permit
✔ Includes AC power adapter and case set
The AM25 is not your ordinary hobbyist AM transmitter! The AM broadcast band is quite alive and well, and is still considered the
home of talk radio. For years the AM band has been a popular place for community broadcasts, in-home broadcasts, and other local
information broadcasts. Now you can have a professional synthesized AM transmitter at the cost of a hobby unit!
The AM25 operates anywhere within the standard AM broadcast band, and is easily set to any clear channel in your area. The design is similar to
that of a commercial radio transmitter, so while you build it you’ll learn how the “big guys” operate. It is widely used by schools - standard output is
100mW with range up to ¼ mile and is jumper settable for higher output where regulations allow. There is no tuning or tweaking involved with the AM25. The PLL synthesized frequency
is easily set with dip-switches and is rock solid without any drift, just like our FM25B. This is critical for any digital radio or tuner. The transmitter accepts line level input from
any audio source including CD players, tape decks, computers, etc. Includes matching case & knob set and 110VAC power supply. Case measures 5”W x 1½”H x 5¼”D. (Note: The
AM25B is a do-it-yourself learning kit that you assemble. Please remember that the end user is responsible for complying with all FCC rules & regulations within the US, or any regulations
of their respective governing body in regards to the application and use of the AM25).
AM25 Professional AM Synthesized AM Transmitter Kit, Case, and AC Power Supply $99.95
#1 Scouting Project
For Years
The AM1 is a great first kit and a fine low power AM broadcaster for the hobbyist on a budget. It’s a great way to learn the
basics of AM broadcast technology, not to mention basic soldering and component identification (if you’re a beginner!). The
transmitter can be tuned to broadcast anywhere in the AM band (550 to 1600 kHz).
Setting frequency is simple - tune a nearby AM radio to the desired frequency, then adjust the AM1 coil to match the radio. With 100 mW of output
power, range can be up to ¼ mile. Connect any line level audio source from your CD player, tape deck, or mic mixer to the RCA input on the rear
panel of the AM1C and you’ll be on the air. It’s that simple! The AM1 has been used by Scout camps, churches, schools, and other organizations to provide easy,
low cost communications. Includes the matching case and knob set shown. Measures 5”W x 1½”H x 5¼”D. (Note: The AM1C is a do-it-yourself learning kit that you assemble.
Please remember that the end user is responsible for complying with all FCC rules & regulations within the US, or any regulations of their respective governing body in regards to
the application and use of the AM1C).
