Warning!
If a skin has formed on the adhesive, the module can no longer be affixed.
Testing the skin formation time on a reference bead: (see also training
documentation on adhesion).
To test skin formation, touch the adhesive bead very lightly with one finger.
If threads of adhesive come away or adhesive remains stuck to the finger,
a skin has not yet formed.
Repeat this test a few minutes later. If a skin can be felt and no adhesive
residue sticks to the finger, the skin formation time has been reached. Please
document this time in minutes.
Warning!
Only absolutely correct application of the adhesive, in accordance with the
specifications, will ensure that modules are adequately fastened to the roof
in the long term. Otherwise, all warranty claims will become null and void.
