Public Debate and Policy Engagement This is an opportune time for the Partnership to become a coherent advocating network for securing restorative practices and values within different public and voluntary agencies as well as in professional disciplines. There is now a further development possible in linking Restorative Practices with Education Welfare and Social Welfare policies and practices. Restorative Practice advocates need to articulate the priority being about seeking ‘public remedies’ not a ‘private problem’ approach.
