TWO STEP STUD EXTRACTORS
Our Two Step Stud Extractors are the simplest way
to remove broken studs and require only 1/8" of the
broken stud for removal. Simply tap stud remover on
stud or frozen bolt with a hammer or mallet, and then
remove stud by attaching a wrench to the hex portion
of the remover. Just hammer on and screw out. Built to last from

There are literally hundreds of uses for the
Xtraktor tools. These tools remove any type
of rusted, stuck, painted-over or just plain
damaged nuts and bolts. They are also great
for removing broken off (above flush) or rusted

THE PRECISION SURE
START TOOL
A tool to assist starting a nut onto a bolt in tight fitting
areas. Simply screw the nut onto the SureStart tool,
place the tool next to the bolt threads and using a
small screwdriver or scribe, rotate the nut off of the
SureStart tool and onto the threads of the bolt. The
aluminum handle may be bent to suit a specific job.
Kit accomodates Sizes: #6-32, #8-32, #10-32, 1/4-
28, 5/16-24, 3/8-24, 7/16-20 and 1/2-20 nuts.

BATTERY BOX MODIFICATION KIT
This new battery box feed-thru insulator design eliminates braided battery
straps. It provides positive sealing of the box but makes battery installation a
snap. Kit consists of two feed-thru insulators which mount to the box (see
“Battery Terminal Tool” illustration below), allowing the cables to pass through
to the terminals. Fully FAA-PMA approved. If Bogert’s low loss cables (see
Electrical section of this catalog) have not been installed, add $25.00 for cable

and self aligning bearings on elevators, rudders, and ailerons,

Designed to firmly hold the grip area of standard AN3 or AN4 aircraft
bolts, the hinge mate tool allows the bolt to be inserted
through the narrow slot between the fixed and moving sections
of the control surfaces, then pushed sideways through the bearing.
