Tight Protected Microducts
TUBE BUNDLE - TIGHT PROTECTED MICRODUCT
Tight protected microducts: suitable for the installation of fi bre units containing between 1 and 12 fi bres as well as minicable (24-144 fi bres).
In 3mm, 5mm, 7mm and 8mm microduct diameters the bundles can contain up to 24 individual microducts. They are usually deployed in the
access part of the network – in FttH and Campus applications, for example.
microducts with diameters ranging from 3 to 16mm are available and can be bundled in configurations of up to 24 tubes
dependent on the individual microduct diameter. Bundles are available in several types – for example, direct bury, direct install and low fi re
hazard – making them ideal for diverse applications such as FttH, In-Building and Campus. They can also be customized to meet specifi c
environmental challenges.
