<strong>Invensys</strong> <strong>Rail</strong>’s track disconnection<br />
box comes in one universal size,<br />
which simplifies specifying, ordering<br />
and installing.<br />
The box comes with two sets of threeway<br />
terminals (with disconnection<br />
links); enough for any installation.<br />
Easy Installation<br />
Installers only need one tool, a<br />
13 mm hex spanner, for the cover<br />
screws and the terminals.<br />
Drill guides in the base of the box<br />
assist with drilling track cable holes.<br />
Mounts directly onto a standard<br />
50 mm post.<br />
Long Life<br />
Powder coating extends the life of<br />
the aluminium body, and Nylon<br />
washers under the stainless steel<br />
cover screws reduce the ingress of<br />
moisture.<br />
Terminals, mounting screws and<br />
links are also stainless steel.<br />

Description<br />
<strong>Invensys</strong> <strong>Rail</strong>’s track disconnection box<br />
is a robust aluminium-alloy diecast box<br />
and cover to accommodate the<br />
transition and termination of track<br />
circuit tail cables.<br />
Two 3-way M6 terminal blocks with<br />
disconnection links are fitted inside<br />
the box. These allow the termination of<br />
cables for one or two track circuits, and<br />
are fully accessible when the cover is<br />
removed.<br />
A 13 mm box spanner fits all cover<br />
screws and terminals.<br />
Drill guides (indentations) are provided<br />
in the base of the box to assist when<br />
drilling track cable entry holes.<br />
The disconnection box mounts on a<br />
50 mm OD post through which the<br />
cables from the track feed set enter.<br />
An M10 cup-point bolt clamps the box<br />
to the post.<br />
