significant improvements over 12 months for all domains except GH in the Stent-PAMI trial<br />

(Rinfret et al., 2001). In the COURAGE trial (Weintraub et al., 2008), responsiveness of the<br />

SF-36 was demonstrated by statistically significant score changes in all domains after the first<br />
