PCC of the Month: Sue Bongers,
Green Bay, Wisconsin
of the Avada staff.
Sue Bongers as been
part of the Avada team
at our Green Bay (Titletown,
USA) office for
almost 2 years. Since
starting with Avada, she
has made an immediate
positive impact on
both the Avada patients
in the area and the rest
Sue clearly understands that the success
of each office is largely dependent on our
PCC performing at a high level. Her high level
of performance is evident in the number of
people she has helped improve the quality
of their life through better hearing. This year
she is, on average, helping 5 people and generating
$28,000 per month for the offices for
which she is responsible!
What makes her so successful? In addition
to her great attitude (and sense of humor),
she understands that her main responsibility
is to bring people through Avada’s front door.
Her focus has been on contacting current
Avada patient’s to make sure they are up to
date with their testing and hearing their absolute
best.
Having been a part of the service industry
for nearly two decades (including the Make a
Wish Foundation), Sue is driven by both the
personal and financial rewards of “making
people happy”.
When not at work, you will more than likely
find Sue fishing up north at her cottage in
Crandon, WI trying to catch some walleye,
bluegill, and perch with her husband of 35
years.
We are happy to have Sue as part of the
Avada team and appreciate all that she has
done for Avada and our patients!
