Wendy Wong Yu is married with one child and a fulltime
housewife and mother.
natalie Coyle Pires writes that she is “married with 3
lovely children 20, 15, 13. We spend a lot of time together
via traveling or simply eating out meals together.” She is
a registered nurse, working in the town of Falmouth as a
case manager for the VNA of Cape Cod. According to her,
“I feel fortunate to have such a wonderful job. Still after 14
years I love my job!” Her hobbies include scrap booking,
reading, cooking; and her favorite memory from Spellman
is “every weekend at my house spending time with my
friends and my mom. Love You Guys.” “Remember- Love
one another Enjoy every moment, live is unpredictable.”
michael mahanna is married with 2 daughters ages 7
and 11. He is a fulltime Driver for UPS where he has
been employed for 10 years. His hobbies include fishing,
golfing and going to NASCAR races. His favorite memory
of Spellman is “hanging out with Rich Bausemer and
Tom Flynn, my best friends.” Also, he wanted everyone
to know “I am smarter than Bill Pelton.”
edward J Gavin Jr. is single with no children and a
firefighter/paramedic for Halifax MA. He enjoys staying
active and asks: “Has it really been 25 years?”
As of 9/12/07, Cheryl Colocousis Januskis and her
husband, Steven will be married 20 years. They have a
daughter, Julie 11 and a son, Josh, 6. She is a retired probation
officer from Plymouth County and is presently at home
with the children. Her hobbies include cooking, working
out, yoga and running. Her favorite Spellman memory is
“Time spent with friends Meg Maur’s Cape house”.
robert desrosier is married with 3 children and a union
member in Graphic Communications Intl. Local 3n.
Fr. Paul ring is the youngest of five, living in North
Brockton for 10 years before moving to Framingham. He
was ordained to Priesthood for the Archdiocese of Boston
in 1995 and has served in North Reading, Weymouth
and Dorchester before becoming Pastor in Groton and
Pepperell in 2007. His hobbies include running, movies
and traveling. He writes that his favorite memory from
Spellman is “Mass: It’s what led me to consider vocation
to the Priesthood. (Thanks, Fr. McLaughlin!)” According
to Fr. Paul, “I still get back to Spellman as often as
possible (celebrate Mass for the Sisters every
Tuesday.) Live with my dog Oscar 2, a nine
year old Miniature Schaduter”
michelle dePina montrond lives in Abington,
MA and is married with 3 children, Michael age
19, attending Suffolk University, Vanessa, age
17, attending Abington High, and Jordan, age
13 attending Frolio Jr. High. She writes: “I’m
a mortgage broker. Lots of great memories of
Spellman for me but I cannot choose a favorite.
Looking forward to our 25th. This will be the
first reunion I’ve attended. Can’t wait.”
kathleen kearney rocuant has been
married for 13 years to Paul and they have
two children, Rebecca 10, Ryan 8. They
moved to South West Florida in 1994 and
they love the warm weather and the kids
playing outside yearlong! She is an audiologist
and has been with the same practice since she
moved to Florida. She received her doctorate
degree in 2001 and enjoys boating, frequent
Orlando trips and Tae Kwon Do. She fondly
remembers skiing in New Hampshire, hiking
at the Quabbin with Ecology Club and
“meeting some of the best friends of my life.”
Phyllis Capece Bowie has been married for 19
years to her husband, Bob. They have 3 children:
Christopher is 18, Danielle is almost 17 and Joe
is 14. Chris is heading to college in the fall and
according to Phyllis it is “hard to believe that 25
years ago our class was doing the same!” She
has been in education for almost 9 years now
and is currently secretary to the Athletic Director
at Carver High School. When not at work,
she loves the beach, tennis, reading, music, and
being with family and friends. Her fondest high
school memory: “Went to my first concert, Bob
Seger, in my junior year with Spellman friends.
This past January, went to see him again in Boston
with Kari Condon, Ellen Kenney and Kathy
Pitts. We had a great time again!!!!”
