Incision and Entry Point
Assemble the Honeycomb (7167-4075), Entry
Handle (7167-4092) and Entry Tube (7167-4060).
The pieces will lock in place securely at either
0° or 180°.
A 3-4cm midline incision is made followed by a
the intercondylar notch. Gently retract the
patellar tendon laterally.
The entry point is located within the
intercondylar notch just anterior and lateral
to the femoral attachment of the posterior
cruciate ligament.
