God, you are amazing. We thank you for bringing us together to study and encourage one another. We ask<br />
that you would open our hearts and minds; that you would teach us, and help us to be teachable; that you<br />
would do a great work in and through us. In Jesus’ name, amen.<br />

What is one thing you hope to experience in this small group?<br />
If you are an established group, catch up on the latest happenings in each other’s lives.<br />
Whether you are a new or established group, after everyone has had an opportunity to introduce<br />
themselves or catch up, take the next ten minutes to work through the “Small Group Agreement” on<br />
pages 14-15.<br />

The apostle Paul instructs us how to read the stories of the Old Testament.<br />
He writes in I Corinthians 10:11:<br />
