Zoe de Robeck daughter of the 4 th Baron de Robeck of Gowran Grange, Naas, Nr Punchestown, County
Kildare, Ireland. The Baron was the Deputy Lieutenant & J.P. for County Kildare Ireland. For many years he
served as the Queens Ranger (c1880) at the Curragh. Now famous as the H.Q. of Irish horse racing.

Cyril Fleming was appointed a Cadet in the Royal Irish Constabulary on 22 nd July 1896.
He was a District Inspector of the Royal Irish Constabulary.
County Inspector Major Cyril Francis Fleming was responsible for recruiting the “Black and Tans” and the
Auxilary Division of the RIC in London in 1920.

Kathleen Hepper 2 nd April 1923 Bombay, India, the eldest daughter of Sir Lawless Hepper .

Hepper’s key electric key transmitters was invented by Major (later Sir Lawless) Hepper, Signal Engineer,
Ex North Western Railways to replace key interlocking by hand, he eventually became the General Manager of
the Ex Great Indian Peninsular Railway.
