Recently, our home was robbed and
the thieves took a lot of our things.

We're back to the farmland of
South Dakota and w.anted to write you
about the pleasant memories we
brought back of Chicago from the dairy
convention there.

Carl Chatman of the Criminalistic
Division Mobile Crime Unit for taking
the time to give "tlS two couples
such an interesting tour through the
Chicago Police Department. We also
talked to other policemen on duty
throughout your city and were so impressed
by their friendliness and desire
to be of help.

to the gentleman in charge of the Communications
Division. We can honestly
say that our personalized tour of your
building was THE highlight of our visit
to Chicago.

Dear Sir:
We are both handicapped and recently,
while walking around Buckingham
Fountain, the rain started coming
down. After what seemed like hours,
two officers, Ptlmn. Thomas Hogan
and John W. Cole, 7st (Centra/) District,
stopped, picked us up and took
us to the "Y".
They saw to it that we got a room
and got dried and that everything was
under control before they left. Thanks
again to these two wonderful men.

For almost four years Inv. William
