12. Seat Belt Anchor Bolt Seal Caps on lower sills (black)
must both be in place (Figure 74),

13. Air Deflector Plates

must visibly be securely affixed,

Attaching Hardware
Driver-side (Washers x 3)
must all be in original condition without damage,
