Cover
must pop up when release lever is operated,
Light
must come on when cover is raised,
must have original-type bulb,
Stay Assembly
must work automatically when cover is raised and hold cover in open position.
26. Luggage Compartment
Lid
must pop up when release lever is operated,
Courtesy Light
must come on when cover is raised,
must have original-type bulb,
Struts
must both hold lid in full upright position,
Fuel Cap Lock (for applicable cars with gas-flap hood)
must work correctly with door key.
27. Storage Compartment Lock
must operate correctly with door/ignition key, or door key for 2-key system up to
VIN 04187.
28. Rearview Mirror Day/Night Lever
must be operational.
29. Glove Box
Glove Box Light
must work when lid is opened,
must have original-type bulb,
Glove Box Spring
must pop door up,
Glove Box Latch
must work.
30. Seats (check operation of all seat adjusters)
Driver-side
must slide forward and back smoothly and quietly,
must recline smoothly and quietly,
must fold forward,
Passenger-side
must slide forward and back smoothly and quietly,
must recline smoothly and quietly,
must fold forward.
