Being Overweight has its advantages What are the advantages for you in over consuming and being overweight? This is a question I might ask at one of my small weekly meetings. Often blank faces will look back at me as they tell me there are no advantages, but as we discuss the question further often we come up with many answers. It helps me deal with the stress of every day life as a busy working mum another client told me my life is realy hectic and food helps me to keep going and I feel I deserve a reward at the end of the day, I don’t have to take any responsibility for my weight I can just do and eat what I want for a change.
