By manufacturing our products in-house,

Manufacturing 

Our in-house manufacturing activities enable us to continuously build upon and refine 

our experiences with products and to maintain them in a sustainable manner. 

Because we operate our own manufacturing facility, our customers noticeably benefit 

from our short communication paths and our fast response times. 

Our manufacturing facility essentially consists of a metalworking shop and a 

mechanical workshop. We are also available to our customers as partners after a 

sale for reconditioning and repairing the plant and equipment we have supplied as 

well as third-party installations.

Trough worm conveyors 

• Trough worm conveyors in a wide variety of lengths and sizes. 

Made of painted St.37- 52 steel, stainless steel or combinations. Standard worm 

conveyors from our own range of products or tailored to customers’ specific wishes 

and requirements. Wear protection devices in the form of bolted protective plates or 

plastic shells and armoured conveyor flights are available as required. 


Tubular worm conveyors 

• Tubular worm conveyors in a wide variety of lengths and sizes. 

Made of painted St.37- 52 steel, stainless steel or combinations. 

Standard worm conveyors from our own range of products or tailored to customers’ 

specific wishes and requirements. Wear protection devices in the form of armoured 

conveyor flights are available as required. 


Heating & cooling worm conveyors 

• Heating & cooling worm conveyors for continuous conveying and cooling or 

heating of the material conveyed. The worm is equipped with a double jacket into 

which water or steam is fed at a controlled temperature, which also applies to the 

worm shafts. The material is cooled or heated by turning it over so that it will 

exchange heat with the temperature-controlled steel surface. The heating & cooling 

worm conveyor specifications are based on the conveying capacity, the inlet 

temperature and the required outlet temperature of the material conveyed. 


Special-purpose worm conveyors 

• Special-purpose worm conveyors and designs are specified to suit special needs. 

The application and the requirements are defined in close collaboration with the 

customer and are taken into account in the construction phase. In this, we use proven 

components and engineering materials from our range of trough and tubular worm 

conveyor products. We select the engineering materials for special-purpose worm 

conveyors according to the specific application and requirements. 


Mixing worm conveyors 

• Mixing worm conveyors for continuous conveying with simultaneous turning-over of 

the material conveyed, with different substances and media being added according to 

the specific product formula. Mixing worm conveyors are proven elements for 

producing homogeneous masses. In conveying high-abrasion media, we also supply 

wear protection devices in the form of bolted protective plates or plastic shells and 

armoured mixing & conveying flights. 

The engineering materials of mixing worm conveyors are selected according to the 

specific application and requirements. Mixing worm conveyors can be operated via a 

weighing system with formula-governed control. 


Mixers 

• Mixers for intermixing different substances and media based on the batch mixing 

principle. The material is fed to the mixer by belt conveyors, worm conveyors, etc. 

The unit is especially suitable for intermixing media and substances with a high 

liquids content. The mixer can be operated via a weighing system with formulagoverned 

control. The machine is equipped with exchangeable wear inserts. The 

mixing worms are made of wear-resistant steel of appropriate basic thickness.

One system, many options 

The thrust bottom feed boxes have been 

designed as a complete system of type series. 

We supply feed bunkers with discharge systems 

for handling a wide variety of bulk materials / 

substrates. The thrust bottom feed boxes have 

been designed to allow them to be installed as 

stand-alone and self-supporting units on even 

concrete floors. This minimizes the construction 

costs on site. The smaller thrust bottom feed boxes 

are supplied as single units. The larger ones are supplied 

as modules to be assembled on site. 

The capacity of existing production and industrial plants is often 

increased years later. 

Capacity can be added to our thrust bottom dosing boxes 

at low cost. This requires an existing feed system 

of the type series V-SB and V-TB. 

If allowed by the space conditions, a maximum 

net bunker volume of 200m 3 is possible. 

Mobile storage & dosing boxes 

Another advantage is the combination of different bulk materials and substrates in 

a single feed bunker. The type series V-TB with its two separate bunker volumes offers this 

possibility. The discharge variants can be combined in many different ways. For example, the 

material may be discharged only from bunker A or B in combination with weighing, or it is a 

combination of both bunkers with the weighing system, which at the same time results in the 

desired mixing of the bulk materials and substrates. 

An optional control and weighing concept for operating the thrust bottom dosing box is available 

upon request.

Push-pull bottoms 

• Push-pull bottoms for storage and retrieval of bulk materials. 

They are based on a rugged design combined with a concrete structure. The civil 

engineering work will be done by a local construction company according to our 

specifications. 

The bulk material is automatically fed by hydraulically actuated thrust and draw bars 

to the grating rolls. The grating rolls continuously grate off the bulk material and direct 

it to the central discharge worm. Push-pull bottoms can be fed with material by wheel 

loader or belt conveyor and equalising worm. 

A maximum useful storage volume up to 300m3 is possible. 


S-type chain elevator 

• S-type chain elevator for conveying a wide variety of bulk materials. 

The elevator consists of steel buckets interconnected by conveying chains. Thanks 

to their all-steel design, they can also convey hot bulk materials with temperatures 

up to 300°C. 

As a result of the low chain speed of 2.5m/min, the conveyor is exposed to little 

wear. 

The holding capacity of a bucket is 20 litres. The buckets are attached to the 

conveyor chain without any gaps between them.
