Section 3 – The executors and trustees of your estate Please complete this Section. Your executor will be responsible for administering your estate after your death and ensuring your wishes are carried out (see Guidance notes in the Will Writing pack). Full details of the service that Barclays provides are shown on page 4 of the Will Writing pack. Acting as executor/trustee can be a complicated and time consuming job and will almost invariably require specialist skills, knowledge and experience. For this reason, we would recommend that you consider appointing a professional executor/trustee, such as Barclays, to deal with the administration of your estate either alone or to act alongside either a friend or other family members.
