Delphi Presses:
Delphi offers two bench-style Speed-O-Matic presses.
3-ton used for: Metri-Pack, Weather-Pack, ComPack,
Micro-Pack, and Pack-Con terminals.
5-ton used for: 56/58/59 series terminals and ring
terminals.
Safety Feature:
• An optional single stroke mechanism will
prevent the press from recycling if the
electrical anti-repeat should fail.
Motor Features:
• 1/2 H.P. (5-Ton) or 1/3 H.P. (3-Ton). 115V, 1750
rpm, single phase, 60 cycle.
Presses may be purchased, leased or rented.

Delphi Speed-O-Matic Dies:
Delphi Speed-O-Matic dies used together with our Speed-O-
Matic 3-Ton or 5-Ton press will allow a maximum application
rate of up to 4,000 terminals per hour. Speed-O-Matic dies
can be set up to run a variety of applications.
Therefore, when ordering an applicator die, please provide
Delphi with the following information:
• Terminal part number
• Gauge of cable to be crimped
• Type of cable insulation
Speed-O-Matic dies may be purchased, and certain dies
are also available for rental or lease. Contact your account
representative.
