Penalty Fees:
• Late transfer fee for stud rams and ewes
(per certificate - see Regulation 11C) = $5 + GST
• Late Semen transfer certificate fee
(per certificate - see Regulation 12 e) = $5 + GST
• Flock Returns received between 14th May
and 31st May will carry a late penalty fee of = $12 + GST
• Flock Returns received after 31st May
will carry a late penalty fee of = $24 + GST
• Compulsory inspections . For each ewe
approved by the inspector(s) = $ 4 + GST
Export Fees
Members exporting Poll Dorset sheep and semen to any overseas country
are reminded of their responsibilities under the Regulations.
The following normal transfer and registration fees and levies must be paid for Poll
Dorset sheep exported.
* Ewe transfer: $2.00 for each ewe and ewe lamb + GST
* Stud ram transfer: $10.00 each + GST.
* Stud ram registration: $10.00 for each stud ram to be individually
registered + GST.
* Semen transfer: $20.00 for each semen package per stud ram
+ GST.
* Flock Ram Levy: $2.00 per ram and ram lamb + GST.
*Embryo transfer: $2.00 per embryo + GST.
A Fee will be charged for the Head Office secretariat time in the preparation of Export
Certificates if required by the importing Country.
Stud Site Annual Fee
$25 + GST for flocks having a link on the Poll Dorset website under "Stud Sites"
