Q22. Is there a LEED requirement for this project?
A22. There is no LEED requirement for this project.
Q23. When will the signup sheets be available?
A23. Monday (10/29/12) on SMART’s website in an <strong>Addendum</strong>.
Q24. Will the OMF need <strong>to</strong> be LEED certified?
A24. No.
Q25. What is the jurisdiction of the Operations and Maintenance Facility?
A25. The OMF is located in Sonoma County. SMART has authority <strong>to</strong> approve its work.
Q26. Is the extensive geotech report on Puer<strong>to</strong> Suello Tunnel available at this time?
A26. SMART will have these documents available by the time a list of prequalified design-build
entities is available. We will make an effort <strong>to</strong> make them available sooner.
Q27. Does SMART have a DBE goal for this project?
A27. SMART has outlined Local Business participation instead of a DBE goal in the RFP.
Q28. Is there a limit of Design Build Entities that can prequalify?
A28. There is no limit.
Q29. What percent complete are the RFP plans?
A29. They are 20% <strong>to</strong> 30% complete.
Q30. Are TVMs on board?
A30. Unsure at this time--probably a separate contract.
