Shopping Service
On KLM-operated fl ights, duty free sales starts
immediately after the main meal service.
On flights less than 90 minutes, tax-free
service is not always feasible. However, if
time permits, items can be bought from the
cabin crew on request.
Due to space limitation, articles can be
out of stock. Our cabin crew, will be
happy to suggest an alternative.
Prices
Prices are quoted in Euros (€). Local prices are
based on information at the time of printing.
Local Prices
Your advantage on tax-free offers is based
on recommended retail prices (local prices)
in The Netherlands. For flights within the
European Union, KLM pays VAT.
Shopping Opportunities
There are no restrictions to the amount of
articles you purchase on board, other than the
custom regulations of the country you enter.
Credit Card Payment
We accept the following credit cards on board:
Credit card control is part of KLM’s policy
when purchasing goods. Offi cial identifi cation
is required for credit card payments over €150.
Please note
Banknotes of €500, personal cheques
and debit cards are NOT accepted.

Flying Blue Miles
You can earn Flying Blue Miles when
purchasing tax-free articles on board KLM
fl ights. The number of Miles you can earn
is listed by each article. Please note that
it is not possible for Northwest Airline
frequent fl yers to earn Miles on their
WorldPerks accounts when buying articles
from the selection on board KLM fl ights.
You can donate money to charitable
causes through KLM AirCares. Donations
can be done in any sum, by credit
card or cash. Please give the correct
article code to the cabin attendant:

= 5 x this code)

€20,- Article code 920
€30,- Article code 930
€50,- Article code 950

If you are not satisfied with any purchase
from the KLM Boutique Collection, you may
return it to us at the address mentioned
under “Information”. We will be happy to
exchange the article(s) or give you a full
refund, within one month of purchase. Goods
must be returned in the same condition in
which they were sold and be accompanied
by the receipt and the original packaging.
It is not possible to return or exchange
a tax-free item on another KLM flight.
