mile walk to see native daffodils and
find out more about local wildlife. For

Wildside Bike Ride 1:
Halifax-Hebble Trail-
Cromwell Bottom
An easy ride along the Hebble Trail
and Calder Valley Cycleway to
Cromwell Bottom Nature Reserve.
Meet at the Shay Stadium car park
(5 minutes ride from the railway
station) at 10.15 for 10.30 start
(couple of minutes ride from
railway station). Refreshment stop

with our monthly sessions which
include habitat creation, woodland

a Nordic walk to the Beacon and

Towpath Walk
Meet Alastair Bishop from ‘Walk It!’
outside Hebden Bridge Visitor Centre
at 10.30 for a 4.5 mile walk along the
canal towpath to Todmorden. Bus or

Perambulation along
the Pennine Way 1
Meet Chris Sutcliffe at 10.30 at the
car park below the White House Pub
off the A58 (beyond Ripponden) for
an 8 mile walk over moorlands to the
start of the Pennine Way in
Calderdale, return follows the iconic
footpath.
