The first one corresponds to the historical background of the case, dating from the beginning of the century to the mid eighties. This period is also fragmented in four subphases marked by the changes introduced in water regime by major developments. The second period starts in the mid eighties and is still operating. This period, which can also be fragmented in three subphases, in which some signals of transition from a complex to an integrated regime can be identified. The two following tables summarise the main phases identified in the case.
