27 Sep 1880: In Matter of Application of Elizabeth Pearson for Letters
of Administration for the Estate of John W Pearson deceased.
Your? petitioner represents that she is the widow of John W Pearson
deceased. That John W Pearson departed this life in Crawford County,
Kansas, Tuesday, the 14th day of September 1880. That he owned at the
time of his death real and personal property. That his personal
property, all in all, including household and kitchen furniture,
farming implements,? amounts to about One Hundred and Fifty dollars and
your petitioner asks to be appointed Administratrix of the said estate
of John W Pearson, deceased.
That William Pearson, George Pearson, Matilda Pearson, Mary Ann
Pearson, Jane Pearson, Elizabeth Pearson, Charlotte Pearson, Riley
Pearson are all the children of John W Pearson deceased now living.
That John H Willetts is a child of Nancy Pearson, sister, deceased, of
John W Pearson, deceased.
