Introduction The Mondi Limited financial statements have been prepared to comply with the South African Companies Act and the JSE Limited Listings Requirements. In terms of the dual listed company (DLC) structure incorporating Mondi Limited and Mondi plc, ordinary shareholders of Mondi Limited have economic and voting interests in the Mondi Group, comprising both the Mondi Limited group and the Mondi plc group. The Mondi Group annual report, which has been issued together with this report, provides comprehensive information regarding the financial position and the results of the operations of the Mondi Group, as well as additional information on the matters reported on in this report as it relates to the Mondi Group.
