In our industry segments, a technological
advantage over the competition is very
helpful, but not critical. Safe processes and
high-quality results are what win over our
customers. Size is also important, because
our customers associate strength and
contractual security with it. When we
provide safety and quality, we are also
efficient, and efficiency is a big step
towards profitability – provided the numbers
add up properly. In order to achieve this,
at last we carefully illuminated our
procedures and mapped out controlling
throughout the Group – technically via
corresponding quality assurance, commercially
and strategically via corresponding
risk management. Now we are moving
forward at a steadfast pace.
