Cultivating awareness and loyalty in our employees
The company‘s success depends largely on the professional and personal skills of
our employees. In recognition of this, and with an eye to the future, we offer regular
practical training and further education at all levels. We see the development of our
employees‘ specialist skills as an investment in our future.
We attach enormous importance to a performance-orientated corporate policy, a motivational
work environment and fair and equal treatment of all employees. Our clearly
structured remuneration scale takes into account the importance of the demands we
make on our employees and ensures salaries that are fair for each sector, role and
place of work. Our profit-sharing scheme is directly related to the economic success of
the company.
Corporate culture
Despite the Group‘s dynamic growth and increasing internationalization, we have
managed to maintain our flat hierarchy and decision-making processes. Thinking and
acting entrepreneurially, together with performance- and success-driven goals at all
levels, have also been key elements in our success. Maintaining and further developing

in our power to minimize the effect on the environment.
Our organization‘s consistent focus on quality leadership enables us to offer highquality
products with a long service life.
Energy, fuel and CO 2 consumption levels, together with waste disposal, are continuously
monitored at all our production facilities. Our findings are the basis for forwardlooking
measures designed to reduce our environmental impact to a minimum.
We actively involve employees in our environmental policies and train them to ensure
that they are implemented correctly.
