Powder Coating<br />
• Surface coating with powder lacquer<br />

are available for interior and exterior applications.<br />
• We also offer corrosion-resistant powder<br />
coating.<br />
• Powder Coatiin „softens“ the surface and reduces<br />
the risk of injury.<br />

Anodising<br />
• In the case of aluminium, anodic oxidation<br />
forms a lustrous, coloured protective layer of<br />
aluminium oxide in the upper surface of the<br />
metal.<br />
• We recommend that gloves are worn during<br />
the subsequent processing.<br />
• The surface is particularly easily scratched.<br />
Hot-Dip galvanising<br />
• This form of surface treatment is utilised in<br />
order to achieve good corrosion protection<br />
with steel.<br />
• We recommend a subsequent powder coating<br />
in order to retain a high-grade décor.<br />
• Galvanisation of expanded metal can result in<br />
distortion and material stress. In the case of<br />
structures with frames, we recommend that<br />
the elements are galvanised individually.<br />
• We recommend galvanisation from mesh dimensions<br />
of 28x12 mm upwards.<br />
