The abrasive mop discs in the new CMT series include<br />
an innovative rapid action system. Attachment is by<br />
means of the CMT 555 mounting plate designed<br />
specifically for CMT products.<br />
The CMT series abrasive mop discs can be fitted to<br />
the mounting plate and removed again with a quick<br />
turn of the hand. No tightening tools or retightening<br />
required. This makes the new grinding tools highly<br />
user-friendly at all levels, and significantly reduces<br />
setting-up times.<br />

Since being introduced onto the market, KLINGSPOR Abrasive Mop Discs<br />
have found practical and economical use in many areas of surface finishing<br />
work. The fan-shaped radial fitting of the abrasive cloth flaps offers a far<br />
better grinding performance compared with other abrasive products.<br />
KLINGSPOR Abrasive Mop Discs are made of alumina zirconia, aluminium<br />
oxide or ceramic aluminium oxide coated flaps fastened to glass-fibre<br />
reinforced or glass-fabric backing plates. The even arrangement of the flaps<br />
guarantees high flexibility, constant high grinding performance<br />
and low-vibration running.<br />

KLINGSPOR Abrasive Mop Discs are available in two designs. The flat disc form is<br />
mainly used for face and surface grinding. The convex disc form is mainly used for<br />
working on edges and welded seams as well as for face and surface grinding.<br />
The abrasive mop discs of the CMT series can<br />
only be used with the CMT 555 mounting<br />
