– only use KLINGSPOR diamond cutting blades
on grinding machines designed for this purpose
– observe direction of rotation, direction of
arrow of the cutting blade and direction of
rotation of the machine must be identical
– ensure that the diamond cutting blade is
fastened securely and centrally
– the bore hole of the diamond cutting blade
must be identical with the diameter of the
mounting device on the machine
– clean the flange facing before mounting
of the disc. Ensure that the disc is fixed in
accordance with regulations and please
observe the specified size of the flanges of
70 - 100 mm diameter
– never use discs that are out-of-balance or
that wobble
– in addition to safety goggles, ear muffs,
safety gloves and dust masks, wear face
protection, leather aprons and safety boots

– use the protective gear of the grinding
machines, e.g. protective helmets, covers,
screens
– do not exceed the maximum operating
speed respectively maximum rpm
– mount respectively lay the material to be cut
firmly
– do not overload the diamond cutting blade,
allow it to cool
– do not apply the diamond cutting blade
harshly, do not work in jerks, avoid bumps
– do not tilt the blade, only cut in straight
lines, do not cut out curves
– do not apply high cutting pressure, the
weight of the machine is sufficient
– cut large cross sections in several operations
– ensure that the type of the diamond cutting
blade is suitable for the material to be
worked
