Mixed systems
For mixed systems is the concrete layer 4 to 5 cm thick. Recommended mat
output is 160 W/ m2. For this systems is suitable rate D 34, D35, D36 when
the possibility of storage is 16 hours daily for low rate. Next 8 hours is
the stored heat being radiated from the surface of the floor.
Suitable solution is to divide the total output in ratio 70% floor heating
and 30% electric convector or heating panel ECOSUN. It is possible to use
mats ECOFLOOR with output 100 W/ m2 for this solution.

Direct heating electric systems
It is a modern system of floor heating allowing very good adjustability. Heat mats
are being located in a thin layer of elastic mastic on a concrete layer 3-4 cm thick.
For heating-up is suitable to use direct heat rate D45, D46, D55- 20 hours/day cheap
tariff. ( prices ČR see www.sme.cz ).
Direct heating system enables flexible reaction on demand of temperature change. Mat
is located directly under the tiles therefore the heating process is relatively fast.
Significant advantage is the fact, that all other home appliances work in the cheaper
tariff. Total receipt for all electricity ( heating + other home appliances ) is
favourable.
Heating mats ECOFLOOR D,DT,DTS and T are designed for electric direct heating floor
systems.
Mats are produced in two output versions 160 W/m2 and 100 W/m2.
ECOFLOOR D,DTS,T mats are equipped with protection screening for use in rooms where
it is can be required from safety point of view – laundry, bathrooms, humid rooms.
ECOFLOOR DT mats do not have protection screening. These mats are installed in rooms
where it is not necessary to have increased protection in form of protection
screening – corridors, living rooms, halls etc.
