On the verification <strong>of</strong> the advice slips it was found that none <strong>of</strong> the labourers receive The payment.<br />
So, it is obvious that all payments was made <strong>to</strong> forged persons with the collusion <strong>of</strong> the concerned<br />
post <strong>of</strong>fice,<br />
3, <strong>in</strong> the village Kui, construction <strong>of</strong> pond at Bandarchuan.<br />
This is a Sanctioned Scheme by the district authority.<br />
The estimated cost <strong>of</strong> the scheme is 6.847 lakns,<br />
Rs: '1,41,730,00 (One iakh forty one thousand seven hundred thirty only was paid till 10.09.10<br />
aga<strong>in</strong>st the measurement <strong>of</strong> Rs. 290227.00<br />
Rest payment <strong>to</strong> labours was not done. This is an irregularity <strong>of</strong> MGNREGA act & provision.<br />
Actions taken aga<strong>in</strong>st Sri Kailash Pd. Sahu the then BD.°. <strong>Manika</strong> and Sri Basudev Nagesia, Panchyat<br />
Sewak <strong>of</strong> <strong>Manika</strong> <strong>Block</strong> are as follow<br />
On the basis <strong>of</strong> enquiry reports <strong>of</strong> 5.00. <strong>Latehar</strong> an FIR was lodged aga<strong>in</strong>st Sri Kailash Pd. Sahu,<br />
the then <strong>Block</strong> Development Officer, Sri Basudeo Nagesia Panchyat Sewak and Sri Ashok Tiwari<br />
the Postmaster, Rankikala <strong>in</strong> <strong>Manika</strong> Police Station. FIR P.S. <strong>Manika</strong>. case No16/11 dated<br />
01,03,201.<br />

Rs. 98,010.00 (N<strong>in</strong>etyeight thousands & ten rupees only has been realised from Sri Kailash Pd.<br />
