1 INCIDENTAL FEES
ADDIDROP FEE - A fee of $5.00 is assessed each time a student
makes a change in the Initial registration
AUDIT FEE - A fee of $5.00 per course will be assessed to a student
who is currently enrolled at the University for aud~t~ng a course.
For a person who is not enrolled at the University a tee of $25.00 per

DIPLOMA REPLACEMENT FEE - Diplomas are replaced at the
sludent's request, it the student has lost the diploma or it the student's
name has changed. A fee of $5.00 will be assessed to a student
requesting a replacement diploma within one (1) year ot the orlglnal

assessed lo all candidates for graduation who make application tor
graduat~on after the regular processing per~od has been compleled.

to refund. Veterans attend~ng the Un~versity under an exemption as

INSTRUMENT USERS FEE - A fee of $1500 w~ll be assessed to
students per semester that wish to use musical lnslrumenls that are
available through the MUSIC Deparlmenl.
INTERNATIONAL STUDENT APPLICATION FEE -A fee ot$5000
IS assessed of all international students who apply for admission to
UT El Paso. Applications not accompanied by a $5000 check or
money order, payable In US. funds, will not be considered. An individual
who has aoolied. oaid the fee. and been accented but who
does no1 enroll, w/ll'be considered for l'aler admission oily upon reapplication
including payment of th~s fee agaln.
LATE REGISTRATION FEE - Any student who, with proper permission,
registers after the appointed days for reglsterlng will be
required to pay a spec~al charge of $15.00 for the f~rsl late day and
$5.00 for each add~tional late day to a maxlmum 01 $3000 to detray
the cost of the extra services required to effect the late registration
LATE UNDERGRADUATE ADMISSION APPLICATION FEE - A
fee of $15.00 will be assessed to undergraduate applicants that flle
after the scheduled deadlines to submit appl~cat~ons for adm~ssion
to the University.
LIBRARY FEES - The followina fees will be assessed to students
that fail to return lhbrary books wKen due in order to cover handling
costs associated with inter-library loans, computer searches, media
charges, coin.operated typewriters, photocopying, and processing lost
books:
