A. Weil, I have not had any in a great many years no, sir. ei<strong>the</strong>r direct purchase or selling.<br />
Q. Well, have you had any experience so that you are qualified to speak as to <strong>the</strong> value <strong>of</strong> machinery?<br />
A. Only partially, I think.<br />
Q. I call your attention to <strong>the</strong> testimony <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> defendant Tesla. which appears on pages 88 to 161 <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> record here<br />
inclusive, at <strong>the</strong> hearing on January 26, 1922, and ask you if you have read that testimony?<br />
A. Yes, sir, 1 read that whole paragraph through.<br />
Q. Are you acquainted with <strong>the</strong> premise referred to in <strong>the</strong> complaint in this action and <strong>the</strong> deed which is in evidence<br />
<strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> premises <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> defendant Tesla?<br />
Mr. Hawkins: That is objected to as immaterial, irrelevant and incompetent.<br />
