1 Stroke institute to open
The Physical Medicine & Neurotoxin
Institute, which offers rehabilitation and
treatment to stroke victims, will open
mid-August at 11851 Jollyville Road, Ste.
103. Dr. Joe Urquidez, founder of the
institute, has completed a fellowship at
Baylor College of Medicine in brain injury.

2 Burger joint opens
Five Guys Burgers and Fries, an East
Coast born, family owned franchise,
opened its second Austin location in late
July in the Arboretum at Great Hills at
10000 Research Blvd. The 3,000 sq. ft.
restaurant is located between Gymboree
and Amy’s Ice Cream and will serve
hamburgers with more than a dozen free
toppings, kosher-style hot dogs and freshcut

4 Indian dancing classes
Indian Bollywood dance classes are now
being offered in northwest Austin. The
classes, Bollywood Shake, started in May
for adults only but will open to children
July 25 at Tinka’s Studio, 2013 Wells
Branch Parkway. Local dancer Ruchika
Dias founded the Bollywood Shake dance
company and will be teaching the classes
along with other instructors. The classes
are also taught at two central and south
Austin locations. Adult dance classes for
