Installations for the new board
YOU are responsible for discharging your board. You tap each girl on
the left of her chest with your gavel and say the following:
“By the power vested in me by the B’nai B’rith Youth Organization, Inc.
Board of Directors and (chapter/council) B’nai B’rith Girls, I relieve you
of all duties and responsibilities as (chapter) (year or term number)
(office).”
Then install the new N’siah and say the following:
“By the power vested in me by the B’nai B’rith Youth Organization, Inc.
Board of Directors and (chapter/region) B’nai B’rith Girls, I install you
as (chapter) (year or term number) (office). ”
The new N’siah will relieve YOU of all duties and then install her board
with the same process as above.
