Establishing a <strong>School</strong> Improvement Team (SIT) and subcommittees<br />
The principal assures that the SIT is representative of all stakeholders. The SIT and subcommittees are responsible for the development, the<br />
on-going monitoring, and implementation of the CSIP. The SIT will make necessary revisions to the Plan, collect evidence files for Quality<br />
Assurance and perform the End-of-Year Review of the school’s success in implementing the Consolidated <strong>School</strong> Improvement Plan. The SIT<br />
is comprised by the member of all Subcommittees.<br />
