Woerner Village President The Village of Hinsdale is governed by its Village President and a Board of Trustees. The President and the Board, composed of six members, are elected officers. Each of these serves without payment. Their terms are for four years. Also, their terms are staggered so that an important continuity is maintained. The village officers are: President: Michael D. Woerner Trustees: Thomas Cauley, Jr., Jean A. Follett, Vic Orler, Bob Schultz, Michael K. Smith, Cindy Williams. The Board employs a Village Manager, who supervises approximately 115 village employees in their performance of village services. Members of the Board comprise three basic working committees: Administration and Community Affairs: Chair - Vic Orler, Cindy Williams, Michael Smith, Bob Schultz.
