A three phase, 280 V, 60 Hz, 20 hp, four pole induction motor has the following<br />

parameters:<br />

R1 = 0.12 Ω X1 = 0.25 Ω<br />

R2’ = 0.1 Ω X2’ = 0.25 Ω<br />

Xm = 10.0 Ω<br />

Prot = 400 W<br />

2. For a slip <strong>of</strong> 5%, determine:<br />
