Responding to Requests for Separation Information<br />
•On one screen, you will be able to:<br />
• Verify your account information<br />
• Verify that the employment was covered<br />
• Provide weeks worked <strong>and</strong> wages paid<br />
• Provide deductible income, holiday pay <strong>and</strong><br />
earnings information<br />
• Confirm the reason for the claimant’s<br />
separation<br />
•Your responses to certain questions will<br />
automatically alert agency staff to potential<br />
claimant issues.<br />
•If you do not respond to a Request for<br />
Separation Information within 10 business days,<br />
a determination will be immediately issued, based<br />
on the information that is available, <strong>and</strong> any<br />
claimed weeks will be released.<br />
