ePolicy Orchestrator ® <strong>3.6</strong> <strong>Reporting</strong> <strong>Guide</strong> Report and Query Templates<br />
Anti-Virus report templates<br />
Agent Connection Date — Specifies a cut<strong>of</strong>f date and time for agent communication.<br />
Data for systems with agents that have not communicated with the ePolicy<br />
Orchestrator server since this date and time appear on the report.<br />
Agent Connection Rule — Specifies a relative time period (for example, Current Week) for<br />
agent communication. Data for systems with agents that have not communicated<br />
with the ePolicy Orchestrator server since the time period you specify appear on the<br />
report.<br />
Limit report results<br />
You can limit the results <strong>of</strong> this report using the criteria listed in Criteria used to limit<br />
report results on page 14.<br />
Active Directory Links report template<br />
Use this report to view the links between your ePolicy Orchestrator Directory sites and<br />
your Active Directory containers. This report displays the ePolicy Orchestrator Directory<br />
segment, the container to which it is linked in Active Directory, the time the LDAP<br />
server was last updated, and any exceptions that are associated with the link.<br />
Limit report results<br />
You can limit the results <strong>of</strong> this report using the criteria listed in Criteria used to limit<br />
report results on page 14.<br />
Product Protection Summary report template<br />
Use this report to compare product version numbers for <strong>McAfee</strong> products, Norton<br />
AntiVirus products, all versions <strong>of</strong> non-compliant anti-virus products, and systems<br />
without any anti-virus protection s<strong>of</strong>tware or an agent, in a stacked column chart format.<br />
In addition to systems without any anti-virus protection s<strong>of</strong>tware, client systems that<br />
are using anti-virus products that the s<strong>of</strong>tware does not currently support (for example,<br />
Trend OfficeScan) are reported in this report as if no anti-virus protection s<strong>of</strong>tware were<br />
present.<br />
This report lists the product versions and service pack or patch applied. This data is<br />
provided for all managed products that report this data via the agent.<br />
A variation <strong>of</strong> this report is included in the predefined settings <strong>of</strong> the Products By<br />
Custom Data Groups report. For more information, see Products By Custom Data<br />
Groups report template on page 44.<br />

Products By Custom Data Groups report template<br />
Use this report to define custom settings for coverage reports, then save them for<br />
future use.<br />
Group by<br />
You can specify how data is grouped on this report on the Data Groupings tab (Enter<br />
Reports Input dialog box). You can group data in up to four different levels.<br />
